about time

And I quote, from here,

JPJ has, meanwhile, denied such claims and asked for reports and evidence. (my foot!)

Said JPJ director-general Datuk Emran Kadir: “It is illegal to ask for duit kopi. I’ve said it so many times already. These are all cases of cheating.

“Give me the names of these driving schools. I will take action.”

(Yes, you will. About time!)

And it seems Penang's rate is only RM100.. I am glad I took mine in JB and not KL which has very high "rates" and which also may mean that if you don't pay the 'assurance fee' you might not pass since there are others who paid may therefore be passed first!

And for those still blur, I didn't pay the "extra" when I passed!
